Confirm scope & start design
We confirm the total design fee, deliverables, revision allowance and schedule. Design begins after the initial design payment.
Review, refine & finalise
You review the design, we complete the agreed revisions, and the design balance is settled before final files are released.
Manufacture & deliver
After design approval and final measurement, production proceeds through agreed milestone payments, QC, packing and delivery.

Design agreement
Design payments follow design progress.

Paid after the written design scope, total fee, deliverables and schedule are accepted.
- 02Draft review & revisions
The design is presented for review and the agreed revision rounds are completed.
- 03Design balance & final package
The remaining design fee is paid before the agreed final design files are released.
Production agreement
Production payments follow verified milestones.
- 01Production commencement payment
Confirms the order, material procurement, production detailing and factory schedule.
- 02Verified progress payment
Paid at the clearly defined manufacturing milestone stated in the production agreement.
- 03Final balance before dispatch
Paid after final quality evidence is provided and before the completed goods leave for shipment.
